According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7): Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons). Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons).

Here is a picture of the table behind my chair. It is an unholy temptation and one that I resist for only a few hours of each day.
Add in the Chocolate Tim Tams, the Whitaker's Rocky Road, the Maltesers and the "working lunches", and I wonder if Waterfall will return only because all the Agilists have died!
