As a student it was known as the Rizzla game, when each player stuck a celebrity name on their forehead (written on a cigarette paper) and tried to guess who it was with yes or no questions.
Later, at "sophisticated" dinner parties we called it the Name Game, and it was played in teams where one person in the team described the celebrity and the others guessed who it was. Points made prizes.
Now, I'm proud to present The Scrum Glossary Game.

Cut along the lines to create a pack of Scrum Terms.
Put them in a hat.
One person takes a Scrum Term out of the hat and describes what it is to the team without using people's names or words on the card.
See how many the team can guess in a minute or two minutes then change around.
(optional) Print out two sets and then two teams can race to see how many they can get in the same time.
This game was developed with the excellent insight of Leti (currently learning to be a Scrum Master), and it works brilliantly. Thanks Leti.
